  • 0.5 medium Cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the cauliflower rice by steaming it gently until tender. Allow it to cool to room temperature.

Step 2

Mix the cauliflower rice with rice vinegar and cream cheese in a mixing bowl. This will give it a sticky texture similar to sushi rice.

Step 3

Slice the avocado, cucumber, and crab meat into thin strips for easy rolling.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to make a spicy sauce. Adjust the spiciness to your preference.

Lay a sheet of nori, shiny side down, on a bamboo rolling mat (or a piece of parchment paper if a mat is unavailable).
