  • 12 pieces Pepperoni slices
  • 4 leaves Fresh basil leaves (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil (for greasing the skillet)

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and 0.5 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix until it forms a thick, uniform mixture.

Step 2

Heat a medium-sized, oven-safe skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
