  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon red chili flakes

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing all the vegetables. First, remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, cut it in half, and then slice it into thin strips.

Peel and mince the garlic cloves. Peel the ginger and grate it finely.

Deseed the red bell pepper and slice it into thin strips.

Chop the green onions finely, separating the white and green parts.
