  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 8 large leaves Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 sliced Tomato
  • 1 small, sliced Red onion
  • 4 slices Dill pickles
  • 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper.

Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
