Ingredients

  • 400 grams Shirataki noodles
  • 2 pieces Celery stalks, sliced diagonally
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
  • 2 pieces Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the shirataki noodles thoroughly under cold water for several minutes to remove the packing liquid aroma, then drain well.

Step 2

In a large pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Step 3

Add the sliced celery to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until just tender, maintaining some crunch.

Step 4

Increase the heat to medium-high and add the drained shirataki noodles. Stir-fry the noodles for 2-3 minutes to get rid of any excess moisture.

Step 5

In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, remaining 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, salt, and black pepper.

Step 6

Pour the sauce over the noodles and celery mixture in the pan. Toss everything well to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce.

Step 7

Add the sliced green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds and red pepper flakes onto the noodle mixture.

Step 8

Stir everything together for another minute until heated through and well combined.

Step 9

Remove from heat and serve immediately, garnished with additional green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
