Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well mixed.

Step 3

Place the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, stir, and then microwave for another 30 seconds until melted and smooth.

Add the melted cheese mixture to the dry ingredients, followed by the eggs. Mix everything thoroughly using a spatula or your hands until a dough forms.
