Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons Erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 large Egg
  • 3 tablespoons Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons Coconut oil, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 0.25 cup Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, and baking powder.

Step 3

In another bowl, whisk together the egg, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Step 4

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth dough forms.

Step 5

Take a small piece of dough and flatten it slightly in your palm. Place a few sugar-free chocolate chips in the center and carefully roll the dough into a ball, enclosing the chocolate chips completely.

Step 6

Place the sesame seeds in a shallow dish. Roll each dough ball in the sesame seeds to coat evenly.

Step 7

Place the sesame balls onto the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until they are lightly golden.

Step 8

Allow the sesame balls to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your low carb sesame balls as a delightful dessert or snack.
