  • 2 cups, fresh, chopped spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon, dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon, dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.

Step 2

Once the oil is hot, add the chopped onion and sauté for about 4-5 minutes until it becomes translucent.

Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional 1 minute until fragrant.
