  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 4 large Low-carb tortillas
  • 1 large Avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup Romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the finely chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté for about 2 minutes or until the onion becomes translucent.
