Ingredients

  • 400 grams firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 200 grams broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Step 1

Start by pressing the tofu: Wrap the tofu block in a clean kitchen towel and place it under a heavy pan or a tofu press. Leave it for about 15 minutes to drain excess moisture.

Once pressed, cut the tofu into 1-inch cubes.

In a large non-stick skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat.
