  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 handful Fresh basil

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the zucchini noodles. Use a spiralizer to create noodles from the zucchinis. Set aside on a clean kitchen towel to absorb excess moisture.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef or turkey, and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon, about 6-8 minutes.

While the meat is browning, finely chop the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

Once the meat is cooked, remove it from the skillet and set aside, leaving any rendered fat in the pan. If using lean meat, you may need to add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil.
