Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground beef or turkey
  • 200 grams broccoli florets
  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 3 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Step 2

Once the oil is hot, add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Step 3

Add the ground beef or turkey to the pan. Cook, breaking up meat with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Push the meat to one side of the pan and add sesame oil to the other side.
