  • 500 grams Ground beef
  • 1 medium, finely chopped Onion
  • 2 minced Garlic cloves
  • 100 grams Almond flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 100 grams, grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 50 grams Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion becomes translucent.

Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon, and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped parsley and remove from heat.
