Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 4 cups Cauliflower rice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 medium, chopped Onion
  • 3 minced Garlic cloves
  • 1 medium, chopped Bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 2 chopped Green onions

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Step 2

Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, about 7-8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary. Transfer to a plate and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the chopped onion. Sauté the onion until it becomes translucent, around 3-4 minutes.

Step 4

Add the minced garlic and chopped bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for an additional 3 minutes until the vegetables start to soften.
