Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 4 whole Large eggs
  • 0.5 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 0.25 cup Butter, melted
  • 1.5 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Chives, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper for easy removal.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder. Stir until thoroughly mixed.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs until frothy. Add in the Greek yogurt and melted butter, and mix until well combined.

Step 4

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring continuously until the mixture forms a smooth batter.

Step 5

Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped chives, making sure they are evenly distributed throughout the batter.

Step 6

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and allow the cheesebread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then carefully transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.

Step 9

Serve warm or at room temperature. This bread pairs excellently with soups, salads, or can be enjoyed on its own.
