  • 2 cloves Garlic

  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Chili flakes
  • 8 pieces Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Finely chop the garlic cloves and dice the onion and bell pepper.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the garlic and onion to the skillet and sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 3 minutes.

Add the diced bell pepper and continue to sauté for another 3 minutes until they begin to soften.
