Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 8 ounces Fresh spinach
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried basil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large pan, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Step 3

Add the fresh spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Once cooled, chop the spinach finely and mix it with the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.
