Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups almond flour
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

  • 4 links Italian sausage
  • 0.5 cup pizza sauce
  • 0.5 thinly sliced bell pepper
  • 0.25 thinly sliced red onion
  • 0.25 cup sliced black olives
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth.

Step 3

Mix in the almond flour, baking powder, and egg to form a dough.

Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll it out into a round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
