  • 1 medium Avocado
  • 120 grams Salsa
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Start by prepping the vegetables: dice the bell pepper and onion finely.

In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until they become soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
