  • 1 piece medium avocado
  • 0.5 cup salsa

Directions

Step 1

In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the heavy cream, salt, and black pepper. Whisk thoroughly until well combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the butter. Once the butter is melted and slightly bubbling, pour in the egg mixture.
