Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground Italian sausage
  • 4 cups Cauliflower rice
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 medium Bell pepper, chopped
  • 1.5 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once heated, add the chopped onion and bell pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are softened.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add the ground Italian sausage to the skillet. Cook, breaking up the sausage with a spoon, until it's browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
