  • 120 milliliters Heavy cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

Coarsely crush the black peppercorns using a mortar and pestle or by placing them in a sealed bag and using a rolling pin.

Finely mince the shallot.
