  • 8 pieces wooden skewers
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Begin by soaking the wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning during cooking.

Slice the beef sirloin into thin strips about 1 inch wide.
