  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 0.5 cup Coconut flour
  • 2 tablespoons Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Butter
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.

Melt the butter and beat together with eggs and water. Mix well with the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
