  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup Green olives

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
