In a small bowl, soak the raisins in rum for at least 1 hour, or until they are plump and infused with the rum flavor.
In a heat-safe bowl, combine the coconut oil and erythritol. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water, and stir until the coconut oil is melted and the erythritol is dissolved.
