  • 8 pieces Large lettuce leaves (such as romaine or butter lettuce)
  • 120 grams Cream cheese
  • 8 slices Deli turkey slices
  • 8 slices Provolone cheese slices
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 to taste Salt
  • 1 to taste Pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the lettuce leaves thoroughly, ensuring they are fresh and crisp. Set aside.

In a small bowl, soften the cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature for a few minutes or by gently stirring it with a spoon.

Wash and thinly slice the cucumber and red bell pepper into sticks approximately 3-4 inches long.
