Ingredients

  • 4 cups Low-carb puffed rice cereal
  • 2 cups Sugar-free marshmallows

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1

Prepare a 9x9 inch baking pan by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it with butter.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, add the sugar-free marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.

Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt until fully incorporated.
