  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 2 large Eggs

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped Chives
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the cauliflower into florets and pulse them in a food processor until you achieve a rice-like texture.

Transfer the cauliflower rice to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for about 5 minutes until softened. Let it cool slightly.
