Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh mango
  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt (unsweetened)

  • 2 tablespoons Stevia or Erythritol sweetener
  • 0.5 cup Coconut milk (unsweetened)

Directions

Step 1

1. Peel and dice fresh mangoes until you have about 2 cups worth. Place them into a blender.

2. Add 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt to the blender with the mangoes.

3. Squeeze 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice into the blender.

4. Add 2 tablespoons of your choice of low carb sweetener such as stevia or erythritol.

5. Pour in 0.5 cup of unsweetened coconut milk to the blender.

6. Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy.
