Ingredients

  • 4 medium Zucchini
  • 500 grams Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 large Onion
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 500 milliliters Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the zucchinis. Using a spiralizer, create zucchini noodles. Set them aside.

Dice the onion and mince the garlic cloves.

Step 3

Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 5 minutes.
