  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.25 cup Almonds, sliced
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, shaved

Directions

Step 1

Begin by preparing the radicchio. Remove any outer wilted leaves, then cut the head into quarters. Remove the core and slice the radicchio into thin strips. Rinse under cold water and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
