Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, sliced diagonally
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the sliced beef with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Let it marinate while you prepare the other ingredients.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the marinated beef to the pan, cooking it until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
