Ingredients

  • 8 oz Brewed coffee
  • 1 scoop Unflavored or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 oz Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp MCT oil or coconut oil
  • 1 packet Stevia or low-carb sweetener (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Brew 8 ounces of your preferred coffee and ensure it is hot.

Step 2

In a blender, combine hot brewed coffee with one scoop of unflavored or vanilla protein powder. Blend on low speed for 10 seconds to make sure the protein powder is fully dissolved.
