Ingredients

  • 3 medium-sized Turnips
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 medium-sized Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium-sized Green bell pepper
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 stalks Green onions
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Peel and dice the turnips into small cubes similar to the size of diced potatoes.

Step 2

Slice the red and green bell peppers into thin strips, and finely chop the onion.

Step 3

Mince the garlic cloves and set aside.

Step 4

In a large skillet or wok, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

Step 5

Add the diced turnips to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, until they start to become tender.

Step 6

Add the chopped onion, red and green bell peppers, and minced garlic to the skillet.

Stir continuously for another 5 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened.
