  • 4 pieces Boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Coconut flour
  • 0.25 cup Avocado oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 teaspoon Stevia

Directions

Step 1

Place pork chops between two sheets of plastic wrap. Pound them to about 1/2 inch thickness using a meat mallet.

In a bowl, mix almond flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
