Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 3/4 cup Erythritol or other low-carb sweetener
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Poppy seeds
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Almond milk
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round cake pan with butter or cooking spray and line the bottom with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium bowl, mix together the almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, poppy seeds, and salt. Set aside.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.
