Ingredients

  • 500 grams Cauliflower florets
  • 1 large Egg
  • 50 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 150 grams Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 150 grams Canned tuna in water, drained
  • 50 grams Pitted black olives, sliced
  • 150 grams Tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they resemble rice-like grains.

Step 3

Transfer the processed cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 8 minutes until softened.

Step 4

Let the cauliflower cool for a few minutes, then place it in a clean towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.

In a mixing bowl, combine the drained cauliflower, egg, Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
