Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Almond flour
  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 12 Pepperoni slices
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 tsp Sea salt
  • 0 Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray it with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute, stirring halfway, until the cheeses are melted and easy to blend.
