  • 0.5 cup pizza sauce
  • 16 pieces pepperoni slices
  • 0.5 medium bell pepper, sliced
  • 0.25 small red onion, sliced
  • 0.25 cup black olives, sliced
  • 0.5 cup additional mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 5 leaves fresh basil leaves, optional

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together almond flour and baking powder and set aside.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
