  • 1 lb Thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 3 units Large green bell peppers
  • 6 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1 unit White onion
  • 8 oz Mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Slice the green bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.

Step 3

Place the bell pepper halves cut sides up on a baking sheet and set aside.

Thinly slice the onion and mushrooms.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
