  • 3 tablespoons Cream Cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 2 cups Basil Leaves
  • 0.5 cups Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Pine Nuts
  • 2 medium Garlic Cloves
  • 0.5 cups Olive Oil
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 small Chicken Breast, cooked and sliced
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced
  • 2 large Lettuce Leaves

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Separate the egg yolks and whites, placing each in a separate bowl.

Step 3

Add the cream cheese and baking powder to the egg yolks and mix them until smooth.

Step 4

In the bowl with the egg whites, beat them using an electric mixer on high until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the beaten egg whites, being careful not to deflate the mixture.

Spoon the mixture into six equal mounds on the parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping them into circles similar in size.
