  • 5 leaves Basil leaves, fresh

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds, until the cheese is melted and smooth.
