  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon or to taste Salt
  • 0.5 cup, chopped Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 small piece Cinnamon stick
  • 3 Cardamom pods
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 Bay leaves

Directions

Step 1

Wash the lamb trotters thoroughly under running water, ensuring they are clean.

In a large pot, warm the ghee over medium heat. Add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and bay leaves. Sauté for a minute until aromatic.
