Directions

Step 1

Using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler, create zucchini noodles from the 2 medium zucchinis. If using shirataki noodles, rinse and drain them thoroughly.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.
