  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 50 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 Fresh basil leaves

Directions

Step 1

Begin by washing the zucchinis thoroughly under running water. Using a spiralizer, transform the zucchinis into noodles, also known as 'zoodles'. Set aside.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic cloves, sautéing them until the onion is translucent and the garlic is fragrant, about 3-4 minutes.

Step 3

Increase the heat to medium-high and add the ground beef. Cook while breaking it apart with a spatula until it is browned and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.
