  • 2 pounds fresh clams in the shell

  • 1 large lemon

Directions

Step 1

Using a spiralizer, create zucchini noodles from the zucchinis and set aside.

Step 2

Rinse the clams under cold running water, discarding any that are open and do not close when tapped.

Step 3

Dice the garlic cloves finely.

Step 4

Cut cherry tomatoes in halves and set aside.

Step 5

Place a large pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
