Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.75 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl. Add olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
