Ingredients

  • 200 grams Shirataki noodles
  • 250 grams Chicken breast, sliced thinly
  • 150 grams Pork belly, diced
  • 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 medium Carrot, julienned
  • 100 grams Green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
  • 2 tablespoons Avocado oil
  • 1 Lemon, sliced for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the shirataki noodles thoroughly under cold running water. Drain and set aside.

Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat and add avocado oil.

Add the sliced onions and minced garlic, sauté until onions are translucent.

Add the pork belly pieces and cook until they start to brown.
