Ingredients

  • 250 grams Paneer
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 medium Green bell pepper
  • 150 grams Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 stalks Spring onions

Directions

Step 1

Cut the paneer into small cubes and set aside.

Step 2

Slice the red and green bell peppers into thin strips and chop the broccoli into small florets.

Step 3

Mince the garlic cloves and finely chop the ginger.

Step 4

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.

Step 5

Add the minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 6

Add the paneer cubes to the pan and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are golden brown. Remove the paneer from the pan and set aside.

Step 7

In the same pan, add the remaining olive oil and increase heat to high.

Add the sliced bell peppers and broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables are vibrant and cooked but still crispy.

Return the paneer to the pan, add soy sauce, Sriracha sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything together and cook for 2-3 minutes to let the flavors combine.
